Twentieth is 6,500 sf, 3 unit multi-family project on a tight infill lot in Santa Monica, CA. This project uses a series of private outdoor spaces, at every level, to create a user experience that takes advantage of the generous climate and also to capitalize on the multiple street frontages to create a soft and inviting presence.
