This headquarters for a beverage lifestyle accessories designer and distributor required the transformation of industrial concrete warehouse space in central Seattle in to a thriving, people-centered workplace.
LOC set out to achieve these goals via the introduction light, via large skylights, views, via large glass doors, and warmth, through the expression of all of the new elements in wood.
The space is entered at the foot of a bridge spanning two mezzanines and overlooking the main work floor.
