This is a proposal for a 3 unit condominium that addresses the many challenges of high density development under tight parameters.

The site plan shows that the project was designed for an extraordinarily small residual lot in a very high-density multi-family area of Brentwood, CA

In order to create units of interest on such a constricting site, each 3 story upper was designed as one open space into which bedrooms were placed as distinct boxes
